I even can't remember when was my last time logged in ICQ .... 9 years ago ?
By chance I surfed to ICQ website and curious if my account still workable or not.
After all its around a decade ago and most of systems should clear those un-used accounts regularly, maybe by quarter or half year.
Especially for those giant websites with huge user databases like ICQ or MSN, they should "defrag" their information more often.
An user with no login record last for 9 years but is still permitted to access system is extreme weird ~ and its a potential threat to system administrator to be aware of.
Surprisingly, ICQ still recognises me as well ! UNBELIEVABLE !!
