Invitation: Awards Ceremonies Saturday 29 November 2008
On behalf of the University, I am pleased to invite you to an awards ceremony which will take place in the Royal Concert Hall, Nottingham.
As you look forward to the ceremony, please take a look online at www.ntu.ac.uk/graduation. This site is packed with essential information about graduation, with everything from the background to the ceremonies through to what you need to do by way of preparation for this special day.
In particular, you will be able to confirm your attendance at the ceremony, book and pay for any guest tickets and access links to booking academic dress, ceremonial photography and visitor accommodation information.
Please do not wait for your results but go online to make your application no later than Friday 7 November 2008 so that we can guarantee your place at the ceremony.

What should you do now?
* Go to www.ntu.ac.uk/graduation for details of the ceremonies
* With your NTU ID, your password and a credit/debit card handy, go to the online booking section to confirm your attendance and to book tickets for your guests
* Book your gown, hood and hat at www.gownhire.co.uk
* Book photography at www.successphotography.com
* Arrange accommodation and travel to be in Nottingham City centre at least 2 hours before your ceremony begins
* Return all library materials and clear all debts to the University no later than Friday 31 October
