很多國際學生其實在宿舍租約到期以後就會回到自己的國家，而大部分的人在回家之前都會把當地開的銀行戶頭終止，但是這個該死的訂金可是要從「租約到期日」開始算起，十天內才會退到戶頭阿！這表示如果你是國際學生，只能選擇用 CHAPS 退訂金；但是，用 CHAPS 的手續費（£25）要從我們的訂金裡面去扣？！
根本就是欺負國際學生嘛！從學費（EU 學生學費 £6000，國際學生要 £10500）到退訂金都要被賺一手實在是「蓋賣送」啦！
PS：好奇查了一下什麼是 BACS 跟 CHAPS：
BACS (originally an acronym for Bankers' Automated Clearing Services) is a United Kingdom scheme for the electronic processing of financial transactions. Direct Debits and BACS Direct Credits are made using the BACS system. BACS payments take three working days to clear: they are entered into the system on the first day, processed on the second day, and cleared on the third day. (Wikipedia)
