Adobe Flash Player Risk!

Just got a warning message from Flock said:

It's come to our attention that there is a vulnerability in all but the latest versions of Adobe Flash Player, and that there are people out there exploiting this vulnerability. To stay safe, you should upgrade to the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player.

Technical details on the vulnerability are found here:
http://www.securityfocus.com/bid/28695

To determine if your installed version of Flash is vulnerable, visit the following "version check" page:
http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about/

If the version number listed in "Your Player Version" is lower than 9,0,124,0 you are vulnerable and must upgrade.

The latest Flash Player can be downloaded from:
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&promoid=BUIGP

If you're running Internet Explorer (god forbid), you will have to install the latest Flash Player in IE because it uses a separate flash player (we’re only telling you this because we’re nice).

Slightly more in-depth Operating System-specific information is available at:
http://www.securityfocus.com/bid/28695/solution

In happier news, expect some very exciting announcements from Flock shortly!
